In the UK there are several large chareties who collect clothing to be sold off to raise funds for charity work, the red cross is one of them. Car boot sales and flee markets are good venues to buy large quantities of used clothes at cheap price, its not an industry I would look to get into tho as there is a stammer associated with it. Its not the same as used electronics or used computers. Thats an interesting suggestion.
