When the weather is good peole will wear smaller, lighter & brighter clothing. When it is cold they will wrap up warm. If spring in Florida and LA is as temperate as summer in the big apple I would like to see a comparision between spring fasions in LA & Florida and summer fashions in NY to see if they match closer.
